My name is Michael Mason, the owner of Brick and Mason Pizza, a mobile pizza catering business that specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza. I've had a passion for pizza and have been studying the art of making pizza for years. I've learned from some of the best pizzaiolos in the world at Pizza University, including John Arena, Giulio Adriani, and Enzo Coccia. I've been obsessed with pizza since childhood and grew up in a family that loves cooking. I was always drawn to the kitchen and loved learning how to cook from my parents. As I got older, my passion for pizza only grew stronger. I started experimenting with different recipes and techniques and eventually decided to open my own business, Brick and Mason Pizza.

Our pizza at Brick and Mason Pizza bakes in a Pavesi wood-fired oven at 800 plus degrees. This high temperature creates a crispy crust with a chewy center. Our pizzas are made with simple, high-quality ingredients creating a lighter and more digestible pizza. We want to introduce people to traditional and original pizza made in Naples. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the true taste of Neapolitan pizza, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible product and experience.
